Nishant is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Law graduate, brings over 20 years of post-qualification expertise in corporate and international tax affairs. With a background in both a Big 4 accountancy firm's corporate and international tax division and a senior leadership role at a multinational corporation, Nishant has accumulated invaluable experience.
 
His advisory portfolio spans a wide array of sectors, including Oil & Gas, EPC, FMCG, Food Chains, Infrastructure, IT/ITES, Technology, Media, and Mining. He has advised on intricate commercial, tax, and regulatory matters to numerous large multinational corporations. His areas of expertise include inbound and outbound investment strategies, cross-border taxation, tax planning, transaction structuring, international tax, tax litigation, and alternate dispute resolution mechanisms like Bilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) programs.
 
Additionally, Nishant has represented clients before Indian tax authorities, including the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA).
 
He has also conducted UAE corporate tax impact assessments for several companies across sectors such as shipping, trading, consulting, and engineering.
